Hampton Island lies approximately 35 miles south of Savannah, near the town of Riceboro in Liberty County, Georgia.  The property provides a sense of history that complements its splendid natural environment.  Containing a total of ±23,000 square feet, the four buildings include the Main House; Oyster House, a guest residence; Manager’s Cottage; Summer House; docks and an entertainment complex including the Pilar, a permanently moored, 38’ mahogany sports fisherman christened in 1928.  In majestic natural splendor, the island embraces a pristine bounty of ±2,600 acres, rich with the diversity of tidewater life.
