Federal Paper Board

This project was developed as a corporate retreat for a nationally known timber company.  The project is located on a hilltop just outside Augusta, Georgia.  The project consist of a main house with dining and meeting facilities and four outbuildings with guest suites.  The design consist of brick patios, terraces, overlook decks, parking and pedestrian circulation throughout the property.  The terrace overlooks gorgeous views of the valley below.  A lower lawn area can be used for large corporate activities and entertainment.
