Dean Office Complex

The Dean Office Complex is located on the edge of the Business District in Summerville, South Carolina.  The site for the complex is wooded with large oaks and pines.  The master plan accommodates three doctors offices, parking, and circulation while preserving much of the site in its natural state.

Phase 1, an orthodontist office, nestles a round building into the site preserving the existing vegetation.  The parking lot is placed in the only open area on the site and is screened from the adjoining property with large shrubs and trees.  The entry to the office was heavily landscaped with a trellis, benches, and walks.  The remainder of the site is undisturbed creating natural views from the large windows in the building.
